However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pierre Ernest Prins - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work L'embouchure de la Laïta au Pouldu, which sold at auction in June 2013 for GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,835.90).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 1.516,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Pierre Ernest Prins mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit L'embouchure de la Laïta au Pouldu beobachtet, die im Juni 2013 für GBP 5.000,00 (€ 5.835,90) versteigert wurde.
