In December 2017 Christies in Paris held the auction Patrimoine de Saint-Germain-des-Prés - Vente caritative, which included the work Monotype Du Chemin De Croix Fait En 1991 Pour L'Église Saint-Germain-Des-Prés (Chapelle Saint-Symphorien) by Pierre Buraglio. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pierre Buraglio achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hommage A Cesar Franck - 1994 in July 2020 with an auction result of EUR 26,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2017 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Patrimoine de Saint-Germain-des-Prés - Vente caritative durch, in der auch die Arbeit Monotype Du Chemin De Croix Fait En 1991 Pour L'Église Saint-Germain-Des-Prés (Chapelle Saint-Symphorien) von Pierre Buraglio zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.700,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pierre Buraglio erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Hommage A Cesar Franck - 1994 im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 26.000,00.
