The work La cacciata dal Paradiso by Piero Marussig was sold in the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction at Il Ponte in April 2015. The auction ended at the price of EUR 4,000.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 3,500.00 – 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Piero Marussig have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Donna con borsetta in May 2021 with an auction result of EUR 27,720.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit La cacciata dal Paradiso von Piero Marussig wurde im April 2015 in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 4.000,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.500,00 – 4.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Piero Marussig auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Donna con borsetta im Mai 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 27.720,00.
