Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Composizione by Piero Marussig for EUR 7,000.00. This price was achieved in the auction Moderrn and Contemporary Art at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Piero Marussig - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Donna con borsetta, which sold at auction in May 2021 for EUR 27,720.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Composizione von Piero Marussig für EUR 7.000,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Moderrn and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Piero Marussig mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Donna con borsetta beobachtet, die im Mai 2021 für EUR 27.720,00 versteigert wurde.
