Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pane e pesci by Pierluigi Pusole was auctioned at Christies in Milan in May 2003. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 2,232.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pierluigi Pusole - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Io Sono Dio, which sold at auction in April 2008 for EUR 5,625.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pane e pesci von Pierluigi Pusole kam im Mai 2003 bei Christies in Mailand zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 2.232,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Pierluigi Pusole mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Io Sono Dio beobachtet, die im April 2008 für EUR 5.625,00 versteigert wurde.
