Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2011 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Ecole de Paris, which included the work La Grande Aile Blanche, 1976 by Philippe Hosiasson. The price achieved of EUR 3,825.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Philippe Hosiasson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sans titre in July 2010 with an auction result of EUR 20,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2011 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Ecole de Paris durch, in der auch die Arbeit La Grande Aile Blanche, 1976 von Philippe Hosiasson zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.825,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Philippe Hosiasson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sans titre im Juli 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 20.000,00.
