Auction result misses estimated price range
In December last year a collector was able to acquire the work A mountainous landscape with a rider on a road by Peter von Bemmel for GBP 7,560.00 (€ 8,534.50). This price was achieved in the auction Old Master Paintings and Sculpture at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Peter von Bemmel have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in November last year by the work Zwei Landschaften: Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang at EUR 10,080.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A mountainous landscape with a rider on a road von Peter von Bemmel für GBP 7.560,00 (€ 8.534,50) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Old Master Paintings and Sculpture bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Peter von Bemmel wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im November letzten Jahres die Arbeit Zwei Landschaften: Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang mit EUR 10.080,00.
