A top price for Peter Lowe - as previously expected
The work Spiral Without Border by Peter Lowe was auctioned at Christies in London in February 2008. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,904.85) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Spiral Without Border is the most expensive artwork by Peter Lowe that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Spiral Without Border von Peter Lowe kam im Februar 2008 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.904,85) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Spiral Without Border das teuerste Kunstwerk von Peter Lowe, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
