Auction result fails to reach estimate
This work of art by Peder Klitz could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in August this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Paintings, furniture and varia auction, the work Still life with birds changed hands for DKK 1,050.00 (€ 140.85) - just shy of the DKK 3,000.00 estimate. Admittedly, works by Peder Klitz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Deer grazing in a sunlit wooded landscape in January 2002 with an auction result of GBP 822.50 (€ 1,351.37).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Dieses Kunstwerk von Peder Klitz konnte im August diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia wechselte die Arbeit Still life with birds für DKK 1.050,00 (€ 140,85) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit den Schätzpreis von DKK 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Peder Klitz auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Deer grazing in a sunlit wooded landscape im Januar 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 822,50 (€ 1.351,37).
