In January 2002 Christies in London held the auction BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES, which included the work Deer grazing in a sunlit wooded landscape by Peder Klitz. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 822.50 (€ 1,351.37). With this result, Deer grazing in a sunlit wooded landscape is even the most expensive work of art by Peder Klitz that we have observed at auctions so far.
