A top price for Peter Brannan - as previously expected
The work The School Yard by Peter Brannan was sold in the 20th Century British Art auction at Christies in London in July 2004. The price achieved of GBP 262.90 (€ 397.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 200.00 – 300.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The School Yard is the most expensive artwork by Peter Brannan that we have observed at auctions so far.
