Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2007 Sothebys in London held the auction The Greek Sale, which included the work Chemin Dans Les Montagnes by Périclès Pantazis. The price achieved of GBP 60,000.00 (€ 88,294.06) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Other works by Périclès Pantazis have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2007 the work Still Life With Pears, Apples And Quinces was auctioned for GBP 66,000.00 (€ 97,123.47).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2007 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion The Greek Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Chemin Dans Les Montagnes von Périclès Pantazis zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 60.000,00 (€ 88.294,06) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Périclès Pantazis konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2007 die Arbeit Still Life With Pears, Apples And Quinces für GBP 66.000,00 (€ 97.123,47) versteigert.
