Auction result well in line with expectations
The work French landscape in sunset by Per Ekström was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in June this year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 26,000.00 (€ 2,207.14) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Per Ekström have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Royal Palace in Stockholm in December 2016 with an auction result of SEK 170,000.00 (€ 17,737.87).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit French landscape in sunset von Per Ekström kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 26.000,00 (€ 2.207,14) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Per Ekström auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Royal Palace in Stockholm im Dezember 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 170.000,00 (€ 17.737,87).
