A top price for Peng Kang-Long - as previously expected
In April 2019 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Flame Of Dance by Peng Kang-Long. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 150,000.00 – 300,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 175,000.00 (€ 19,920.10) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Flame Of Dance is the most expensive artwork by Peng Kang-Long that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im April 2019 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Flame Of Dance von Peng Kang-Long zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 150.000,00 – 300.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 175.000,00 (€ 19.920,10) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Flame Of Dance das teuerste Kunstwerk von Peng Kang-Long, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
