In October 2014 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction The Enchantment of Neoteric Chinese Ink, which included the work Accumulation of Knowledge by Peng Jian. The price achieved of HKD 138,000.00 (€ 14,207.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 120,000.00 – 180,000.00. Other works by Peng Jian have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2019 the work Catching A Glimpse was auctioned for HKD 237,500.00 (€ 27,181.81).

Im Oktober 2014 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion The Enchantment of Neoteric Chinese Ink durch, in der auch die Arbeit Accumulation of Knowledge von Peng Jian zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 138.000,00 (€ 14.207,50) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 120.000,00 – 180.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Peng Jian konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2019 die Arbeit Catching A Glimpse für HKD 237.500,00 (€ 27.181,81) versteigert.
