Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2016 Phillips in New York held the auction Latin America, which included this untitled work by Pedro de Oraá. The price achieved of USD 37,500.00 (€ 35,450.94) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Other works by Pedro de Oraá have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2019 the work Concreta 6 was auctioned for USD 46,250.00 (€ 41,972.96).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2016 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Latin America durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Pedro de Oraá zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 37.500,00 (€ 35.450,94) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Pedro de Oraá konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2019 die Arbeit Concreta 6 für USD 46.250,00 (€ 41.972,96) versteigert.
