Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Paulo Ghiglia achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Rome in June 2005. In the ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO auction, the work La Stanza Dell'Artista sold for EUR 3,224.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,200.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Paulo Ghiglia; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Signora elegante in interno sold at auction in December 2003 with the realized price of EUR 3,472.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Paulo Ghiglia erzielte im Juni 2005 bei Christies in Rom einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO wurde die Arbeit La Stanza Dell'Artista für EUR 3.224,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.200,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Paulo Ghiglia; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Signora elegante in interno im Dezember 2003 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 3.472,00.
