Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Nu sur le canapé by Paul Sieffert was auctioned at Bonhams in February this year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,187.50. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Sieffert achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work French Reclining Nude in March 2008 with an auction result of GBP 41,300.00 (€ 51,883.04).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Nu sur le canapé von Paul Sieffert kam im Februar diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.187,50 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Sieffert erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit French Reclining Nude im März 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 41.300,00 (€ 51.883,04).
