In November 2010 Sothebys in London held the auction 19th Century European Paintings Including Spanish Painting, The Orientalist Sale, and German, Austrian, Scandinavian and Symbolist Works, which included the work French au Cafe by Paul-François Quinsac. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 9,375.00 (€ 11,203.11), 56% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paul-François Quinsac - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work French la Fortune Passe...: Guidée Par La Sagesse Et L'Economie, Elle Répand Ses Dons Sur Les Travailleurs, which sold at auction in May 2017 for USD 50,000.00 (€ 44,499.82).

Im November 2010 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 19th Century European Paintings Including Spanish Painting, The Orientalist Sale, and German, Austrian, Scandinavian and Symbolist Works durch, in der auch die Arbeit French au Cafe von Paul-François Quinsac zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 11.203,11) und damit 56% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Paul-François Quinsac mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit French la Fortune Passe...: Guidée Par La Sagesse Et L'Economie, Elle Répand Ses Dons Sur Les Travailleurs beobachtet, die im Mai 2017 für USD 50.000,00 (€ 44.499,82) versteigert wurde.
