Die Arbeit Portraits D'Artistes, Vers 1890-1890 von Paul Nadar kam im November 2008 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 1.625,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paul Nadar auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Daguerre / Honoré De Balzac, Vers 1891-94 im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.750,00.
