This work without title by Paul Mount was sold in the Modern British& Irish Art auction at Christies in London in December 2013. It achieved a price of GBP 4,375.00 (€ 5,262.45), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 46%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Mount achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rhapsody in November 2013 with an auction result of GBP 64,900.00 (€ 78,098.46).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 46 % übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Paul Mount wurde im Dezember 2013 in der Auktion Modern British& Irish Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 4.375,00 (€ 5.262,45) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 46%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Mount erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Rhapsody im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 64.900,00 (€ 78.098,46).
