Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Duck Girl by Paul Manship was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in November 2015. The price achieved of USD 298,000.00 (€ 282,143.53) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 200,000.00 – 400,000.00. Admittedly, works by Paul Manship have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Indian Hunter And His Dog in December 2013 with an auction result of USD 1,565,000.00 (€ 1,135,786.34).
