Sold at the lower estimate price
In November this year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Art + Design, which included the work "Phenomena The long run" by Paul Jenkins. The result of SEK 50,000.00 (€ 4,391.27) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 50,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Jenkins achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Phenomena Arroyo Sounding in March 2017 with an auction result of USD 87,500.00 (€ 81,790.99).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November diesen Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Art + Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Phenomena The long run" von Paul Jenkins zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 50.000,00 (€ 4.391,27) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 50.000,00 – 60.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Jenkins erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Phenomena Arroyo Sounding im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 87.500,00 (€ 81.790,99).
