Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2015 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Moderna, which included the work "Phenomena Stand by Your Lines" by Paul Jenkins. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 165,000.00 (€ 17,635.28), 18% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Paul Jenkins have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Phenomena Arroyo Sounding in March 2017 with an auction result of USD 87,500.00 (€ 81,790.99).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2015 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Moderna durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Phenomena Stand by Your Lines" von Paul Jenkins zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 165.000,00 (€ 17.635,28) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paul Jenkins auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Phenomena Arroyo Sounding im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 87.500,00 (€ 81.790,99).
