Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September 2001 Christies in Singapore held the auction IMPORTANT SOUTHEAST ASIAN PICTURES, which included the work Mount. Gunung, Ubud, Bali by Paul Husner. Here, the upper estimate of SGD 4,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SGD 4,700.00 (€ 2,923.10). Admittedly, works by Paul Husner have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sanur And Beyond: Nature And Religion At Blanjong Temple II in November 2013 with an auction result of HKD 175,000.00 (€ 16,591.94).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September 2001 führte Christies in Singapur die Auktion IMPORTANT SOUTHEAST ASIAN PICTURES durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mount. Gunung, Ubud, Bali von Paul Husner zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SGD 4.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SGD 4.700,00 (€ 2.923,10) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paul Husner auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sanur And Beyond: Nature And Religion At Blanjong Temple II im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 175.000,00 (€ 16.591,94).
