Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Herbst In Paris (Autumn In Paris) by Paul Hoeniger was sold in the Impressionist and Modern Art Online auction at Sothebys in New York in December 2019. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 2,250.00 (€ 2,004.10) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paul Hoeniger - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Herbsttage in Paris., which sold at auction in June 2011 for EUR 4,625.00.

Die Arbeit Herbst In Paris (Autumn In Paris) von Paul Hoeniger wurde im Dezember 2019 in der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art Online bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 2.250,00 (€ 2.004,10) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
