A top price for Paul Edouard Rosset-Granger - as previously expected
In October 2021 Sothebys in New York held the auction The European Art Sale, which included the work An Early Departure by Paul Edouard Rosset-Granger. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 4,032.00 (€ 3,490.30) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, An Early Departure is the most expensive artwork by Paul Edouard Rosset-Granger that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Oktober 2021 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion The European Art Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit An Early Departure von Paul Edouard Rosset-Granger zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 4.032,00 (€ 3.490,30) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
