Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Little W. by Paul Bloodgood for USD 250.00 (€ 181.44). This price was achieved in the auction Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Bloodgood achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Thing Language in March 2017 with an auction result of USD 6,250.00 (€ 5,842.21).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Little W. von Paul Bloodgood für USD 250,00 (€ 181,44) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Interiors bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Bloodgood erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Thing Language im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 6.250,00 (€ 5.842,21).
