Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,950.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Paul-Armand Gette have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Stances in February 2021 with an auction result of EUR 11,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Ensemble De 5 Oeuvres von Paul-Armand Gette wurde im April 2014 in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art bei Artcurial versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.950,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paul-Armand Gette auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Stances im Februar 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 11.250,00.
