Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of GBP 18,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 20,000.00 (€ 23,432.78). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Patrick Swift - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Olive Tree, which sold at auction in October 2007 for GBP 50,900.00 (€ 73,095.75).

Die Arbeit Trees With Curved Roof In Background von Patrick Swift wurde im Mai 2010 in der Auktion The Irish Sale bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 18.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 20.000,00 (€ 23.432,78) einen neuen Besitzer.
