Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2020 Sothebys in Paris held the auction The French Touch: Hommage à Alain et Catherine Bernard, which included the work A Unique Cuniculus Le Lapin Lamp, Lux Animalium Serie, 2012 by Patrick Hourcade. The price achieved of EUR 756.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 600.00 – 1,000.00. Admittedly, works by Patrick Hourcade have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Set Of Six Wall Lights in September 2020 with an auction result of EUR 6,300.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2020 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion The French Touch: Hommage à Alain et Catherine Bernard durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Unique Cuniculus Le Lapin Lamp, Lux Animalium Serie, 2012 von Patrick Hourcade zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 756,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 600,00 – 1.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Patrick Hourcade auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Set Of Six Wall Lights im September 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 6.300,00.
