Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2010 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work The Conversion of Paul by Patrick Dolan. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 875.00 (€ 1,008.89). Admittedly, works by Patrick Dolan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (Seascape, St. Ives) in October 2010 with an auction result of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,206.35).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2010 führte Christies in London die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Conversion of Paul von Patrick Dolan zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 875,00 (€ 1.008,89) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Patrick Dolan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (Seascape, St. Ives) im Oktober 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.206,35).
