Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Heech by Parviz Tanavoli was auctioned at Christies in Paris in November this year. It achieved a price of GBP 9,450.00 (€ 10,950.50), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Parviz Tanavoli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Wall (Oh, Persepolis) in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 2,841,000.00 (€ 1,824,897.23).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Heech von Parviz Tanavoli kam im November diesen Jahres bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 9.450,00 (€ 10.950,50) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 18%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Parviz Tanavoli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Wall (Oh, Persepolis) im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 2.841.000,00 (€ 1.824.897,23).
