In October 2011 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art / Arab & Iranian, which included the work Adam And Eve by Parvaneh Etemadi. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 67,250.00 (€ 77,829.09), 68% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Parvaneh Etemadi; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in March 2016 with the realized price of USD 137,000.00 (€ 120,280.95).

Im Oktober 2011 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Art / Arab & Iranian durch, in der auch die Arbeit Adam And Eve von Parvaneh Etemadi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 67.250,00 (€ 77.829,09) und damit 68% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Parvaneh Etemadi; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2016 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 137.000,00 (€ 120.280,95).
