In the From a Universal Collector - The Olbricht Collection auction, the work "Toadstool-face". sold for EUR 1,677.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paloma Varga Weisz achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2010 with an auction result of USD 46,875.00 (€ 37,897.16).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Paloma Varga Weisz erzielte im Juni 2021 bei VAN HAM in Köln einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion From a Universal Collector - The Olbricht Collection wurde die Arbeit "Toadstool-face". für EUR 1.677,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 600,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paloma Varga Weisz erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 46.875,00 (€ 37.897,16).
