Auction result fails to reach estimate
In October this year a collector was able to acquire the work “Hjørne af Atelieret” by P. A. Schou for DKK 1,050.00 (€ 140.69). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen and was even lower than the DKK 3,000.00 estimate set by the auction house. Other works by P. A. Schou have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in October this year by the work Naked woman lying on a sofa at DKK 2,100.00 (€ 281.38).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Im Oktober diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit “Hjørne af Atelieret” von P. A. Schou für DKK 1.050,00 (€ 140,69) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb des vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreises von DKK 3.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von P. A. Schou wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Oktober diesen Jahres die Arbeit Naked woman lying on a sofa mit DKK 2.100,00 (€ 281,38).
