Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Zhong Kuei by Ou Haonian was sold in the An Exquisite Collection of Fine Chinese Paintings auction at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2013. The price achieved of HKD 161,000.00 (€ 15,278.06) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 100,000.00 – 200,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ou Haonian - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bird On A Branch, which sold at auction in April this year for HKD 42,000.00 (€ 42,890.22).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Zhong Kuei von Ou Haonian wurde im Oktober 2013 in der Auktion An Exquisite Collection of Fine Chinese Paintings bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 161.000,00 (€ 15.278,06) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 100.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Ou Haonian mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Bird On A Branch beobachtet, die im April diesen Jahres für HKD 42.000,00 (€ 42.890,22) versteigert wurde.
