Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March last year Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Dawn of Spring: Chinese Paintings Online, which included the work Three Fishes by Ou Haonian. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 40,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 40,320.00 (€ 4,641.54). Admittedly, works by Ou Haonian have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bird On A Branch in April this year with an auction result of HKD 42,000.00 (€ 42,890.22).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März letzten Jahres führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Dawn of Spring: Chinese Paintings Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Three Fishes von Ou Haonian zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 40.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 40.320,00 (€ 4.641,54) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ou Haonian auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bird On A Branch im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 42.000,00 (€ 42.890,22).
