Auction result fails to reach estimate
This work of art by Otto Haslund could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in Stockholm in November this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Paintings, furniture and varia auction, the work Farm scenery with a cow in sunlight changed hands for DKK 1,500.00 (€ 201.18) - just shy of the DKK 3,000.00 estimate. Admittedly, works by Otto Haslund have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait of a young girl wearing a scarf in October this year with an auction result of DKK 12,500.00 (€ 1,674.87).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Dieses Kunstwerk von Otto Haslund konnte im November diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia wechselte die Arbeit Farm scenery with a cow in sunlight für DKK 1.500,00 (€ 201,18) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit den Schätzpreis von DKK 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Otto Haslund auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait of a young girl wearing a scarf im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 12.500,00 (€ 1.674,87).
