A top price for Otto Glaser - as previously expected
The work Davos by Otto Glaser was auctioned at Christies in London in January 2012. The price achieved of GBP 687.50 (€ 829.76) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Davos is the most expensive artwork by Otto Glaser that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Davos von Otto Glaser kam im Januar 2012 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 687,50 (€ 829,76) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Davos das teuerste Kunstwerk von Otto Glaser, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
