In November 2007 Sothebys in Zurich held the auction Swiss Art, which included the work Bauernhaus Mit Ententeich Farmhouse With Duckpond by Otto Frölicher. Here, the upper estimate of CHF 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for CHF 31,000.00 (€ 18,697.51). With this result, Bauernhaus Mit Ententeich Farmhouse With Duckpond is even the most expensive work of art by Otto Frölicher that we have observed at auctions so far.
