The work De ronde tafel - Ukkel by Otto B. de Kat was sold in the TWENTIETH CENTURY ART INCLUDING BELGIAN ART auction at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2003. The price achieved of EUR 7,528.50 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 7,000.00 – 9,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, De ronde tafel - Ukkel is the most expensive artwork by Otto B. de Kat that we have observed at auctions so far.
