In the Old Master & British Works on Paper auction, the work Portrait Of Donna Madalena Lopez sold for GBP 21,250.00 (€ 23,825.92) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ottavio Maria Leoni have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait Of A Lady, Half-Length, Dressed In Pink in February 2013 with an auction result of USD 290,500.00 (€ 222,111.78).
