The work Angelo by Osvaldo Licini was sold in the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction at Sothebys in Milan in May 2017. The result of EUR 40,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 40,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Osvaldo Licini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Amalassunta Su Fondo Rosso Chiaro in April 2018 with an auction result of EUR 427,500.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Angelo von Osvaldo Licini wurde im Mai 2017 in der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 40.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 40.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Osvaldo Licini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Amalassunta Su Fondo Rosso Chiaro im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 427.500,00.
