Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Amalassunta su fondo blu by Osvaldo Licini was auctioned at Christies in Milan in November 2020. The price achieved of EUR 106,250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Admittedly, works by Osvaldo Licini have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Amalassunta Su Fondo Rosso Chiaro in April 2018 with an auction result of EUR 427,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Amalassunta su fondo blu von Osvaldo Licini kam im November 2020 bei Christies in Mailand zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 106.250,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Osvaldo Licini auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Amalassunta Su Fondo Rosso Chiaro im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 427.500,00.
