This artwork by Osvaldo Licini achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Milan in May 2014. In the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction, the work Angelo Ribellepencil On Paper (Recto And Verso). Executed In 1951 sold for EUR 12,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Osvaldo Licini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Amalassunta Su Fondo Rosso Chiaro in April 2018 with an auction result of EUR 427,500.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Osvaldo Licini erzielte im Mai 2014 bei Sothebys in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea wurde die Arbeit Angelo Ribellepencil On Paper (Recto And Verso). Executed In 1951 für EUR 12.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 7.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Osvaldo Licini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Amalassunta Su Fondo Rosso Chiaro im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 427.500,00.
