Sold at the lower estimate price
The work "Landskap med kor, Grez" (Landscape with cows, Grez) by Oscar Törnå was sold in the Autumn Classic Sale auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2011. The result of SEK 15,000.00 (€ 1,681.18) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 15,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Oscar Törnå have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Motiv från Barbizon in June 2010 with an auction result of SEK 120,000.00 (€ 12,584.82).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit "Landskap med kor, Grez" (Landscape with cows, Grez) von Oscar Törnå wurde im Dezember 2011 in der Auktion Autumn Classic Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 15.000,00 (€ 1.681,18) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 18.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Oscar Törnå auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Motiv från Barbizon im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 120.000,00 (€ 12.584,82).
