It achieved a price of GBP 91,840.00 (€ 106,885.95), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 31%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Oscar Murillo - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in October 2015 for GBP 245,000.00 (€ 342,693.81).

Die Arbeit Untitled (Fried Chick) von Oscar Murillo kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 91.840,00 (€ 106.885,95) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 31%. Für andere Arbeiten von Oscar Murillo mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Oktober 2015 für GBP 245.000,00 (€ 342.693,81) versteigert wurde.
