A top price for Onchi Koshiro - as previously expected
In September 2020 Christies in New York held the auction Japanese and Korean Art, which included the work Bijin Shiki (Beauty in Each Season) by Onchi Koshiro. The price achieved of USD 50,000.00 (€ 42,669.40) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Bijin Shiki (Beauty in Each Season) is the most expensive artwork by Onchi Koshiro that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im September 2020 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Japanese and Korean Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bijin Shiki (Beauty in Each Season) von Onchi Koshiro zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 42.669,40) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden.
