Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In July 2021 Artcurial held the auction Artistes à la Une – Togeth’HER Online, which included the work Salma Hayek by Olivier Masmonteil. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 5,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Olivier Masmonteil - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La Source, which sold at auction in March last year for EUR 18,900.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juli 2021 führte Artcurial die Auktion Artistes à la Une – Togeth’HER Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Salma Hayek von Olivier Masmonteil zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 5.500,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Olivier Masmonteil mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit La Source beobachtet, die im März letzten Jahres für EUR 18.900,00 versteigert wurde.
